Candidate Screening:
Millennium Nightingales has a team of experts who continuously search for and pre-screen candidates. We prefer candidates who already possess a passing certificate for CGFNS, TSE/MELAB or TOEFL. Applicants who have not passed these tests are also encouraged to apply. Our international team of RN recruiters are nurses themselves, who can best assess your qualifications and skill level. MN nurse recruiters may visit your country of origin for an in-person interview.

Note to Canadian Nurses:
Certain U.S. states do not require Canadian-trained Registered Nurses to write either the CGFNS {as long as the nurse was trained in English} or NCLEX and will endorse a Canadian license based upon the CNAT score. Canadian nurses click here

Legal Assistance:
Millennium Nightingales, recruits nurses for permanent residency status. Members of MN’s expert legal team are specialists in immigration law for healthcare workers and will assist you every step of the way with the immigration process to ensure that you arrive to work in the United States as quickly as possible.

Testing:
The staff at Millennium Nightingales, will make arrangements for any required testing, including CGFNS, TOEFL, TSE/MELAB. Preparatory review courses or tutorials will be provided for those taking NCLEX. Arrangements will be made to fly you to the city closest to your home to take the NCLEX exam.

Jobs:
A sponsoring facility will be found for you with a job that best matches your skill level and qualifications. You will become a full-time employee of the hospital, subject to the same wage scale as your American counterparts. Most hospitals offer a benefit package, which may include: medical insurance, dental insurance, sick leave, paid vacation, retirement plans.

Timeline:
The processes required to complete the necessary immigration and testing average 18-24 months.
